30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Gemsovra jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused and unworn
In their original condition
Returned with original packaging when possible
Requested within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at support@gemsovra.com with:

Your order number
The item you want to return or exchange
The reason for your request
A photo of the item, if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another style, size, or color, please contact us and we will help arrange the exchange based on product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gemsovra.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
