Shipping Policy

Gemsovra offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Processing Time

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, local customs processing, and carrier service conditions.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order faster? Expedited shipping is available for an additional $9.99.

Expedited shipping shortens the delivery time after your order has been processed. It does not change the standard order processing time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally happen due to customs inspections, weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@gemsovra.com and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@gemsovra.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
